I’m Roushan, a full-stack engineer who builds production software for startups, founders, and teams that need more than a pretty interface.

My work usually sits at the intersection of product thinking, frontend execution, and backend systems. I’m strongest when the job involves shipping something real: SaaS, AI-enabled products, Laravel platforms, workflows, dashboards, and products with enough complexity to need clean architecture.

I care about systems that are maintainable, fast to ship, and easy to understand under pressure. I also care about whether the product actually helps someone do their work better. That’s the bar I use for my own projects too.

Experience

For more than six years, I’ve worked remotely with founders, startups, and established teams, helping turn ideas and complex workflows into production software.

My work spans SaaS platforms, backend-heavy applications, AI-enabled products, and mobile experiences. I work across the interface and the systems behind it: data, integrations, background processing, billing, and deployment.

I’m comfortable taking a product from an early brief through architecture, implementation, and ongoing iteration, as well as working within an existing codebase. I care about clear communication, practical technical decisions, and software that a team can maintain after it ships.
