Fundreef: Investor Database and Fundraising Platform

Overview

Fundreef is a fundraising platform built to help founders move from deck to deal. It combines a large investor database, AI-assisted investor matching, CRM-style pipeline management, and AI tools for pitch decks, valuations, business plans, and term sheet analysis.

The product spans both a marketing site and a private application, with the application handling the core workflow for founders, investors, and advisors. The goal is to make fundraising more structured, more searchable, and less dependent on spreadsheets and scattered tools.

The Problem

Fundraising is usually fragmented across too many disconnected systems:

  • Founders track investors in spreadsheets
  • Outreach happens in email threads and notes
  • Pitch decks, valuations, and term sheets are handled separately
  • CRM tools are too generic for fundraising-specific workflows
  • Investor data is often hard to search, filter, and organize

Fundreef was built to unify those steps in one workflow.

What I Built

Investor Database

A searchable investor database with filtering and discovery workflows for founders raising capital. The platform is designed to surface relevant investors quickly instead of forcing users to manually research every contact.

AI Fundraising Tools

Fundreef includes AI-powered tools for:

  • Pitch deck analysis
  • Business plan review and generation
  • Company valuation support
  • Term sheet analysis

These tools are intended to help founders prepare stronger fundraising materials and make faster decisions during the raise.

CRM and Pipeline Management

The application includes CRM-style workflows for tracking investors, outreach progress, and deal stages. That gives founders a single place to manage a raise from first contact through follow-up.

Founder, Investor, and Advisor Experiences

The interface is role-aware, so different users can work from the views that matter to them. Founders manage the raise, investors browse opportunities, and advisors can support multiple clients.

Marketing and App Split

Fundreef is split into a public marketing site and a private application. That separation keeps the acquisition layer and the product layer focused on their own jobs while still presenting a single brand.

Technical Highlights

  • Laravel and Livewire for the main application
  • Python AI services for analysis and matching workflows
  • Stripe-based billing and subscription handling
  • Search and data-heavy UI patterns for investor discovery
  • Multi-role product structure across founder, investor, and advisor use cases

Why It Matters

Fundreef is a strong example of building a product around a narrow, real workflow instead of a generic dashboard. It combines data, AI, CRM behavior, and product design into one system that supports the full fundraising process.

It also shows work across multiple layers of the stack: public-facing marketing, authenticated application flows, AI services, and business-critical user journeys.
